Showdown Productions is a Los Angeles based Production Company founded by Bo Youngblood and John Ierardi. Both Bo and John have independently produced multiple feature films, branded content, music videos, documentaries and commercials. They met while working on set, and decided to join creative forces to produce material that not only has a strong artistic vision but also makes strong commentary on social and diverse issues.
JOHN & BO
Bo Youngblood is a producer focusing on female driven and diverse stories. All of her feature films have all had full theatrical releases as well as world wide distribution. She has recently wrapped production on "Complicated Order", a queer coming of age drama starring Midori Francis, Alok Vaid-Menon, and Heather Matarazzo. She is currently in post production on her feature film directorial debut “In Flight” starring Cristo Fernandez, Maria Russell, and Tiffany Smith. “In Flight” will hit the marketplace Q1 of 2024.
John Ierardi is a West Coast based producer. He served as an EP and creative producer on “Torn Hearts” for Blumhouse which was part of the Epic slate. The film stars Katey Sagal, Abby Quinn (Knock At The Cabin) and Alexis Lemire (The Half Of It) which was directed by Brea Grant. John and Showdown recently put out the film “The Pay Day” starring Simon Callow which was acquired by Vertical Entertainment. Upcoming features include “Break” and “The Cure” starring Ashley Greene and David Dastmalchian. John is repped by UTA.
